About The Role
The Defense Mission and Health Solutions team, Benefits, Claims & Integrity Solutions Operating Unit seeks an Eligibility Support Product Lines Integrator to support our Health and Human Services (HHS) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) customer delivery and be part of the leadership for CMS Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) initiatives. The Eligibility Support Product Lines Integrator will support mission-critical federal programs. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between technical teams, product owners, and mission stakeholders to ensure that eligibility-related systems and language-specific workflows are integrated, validated, and functioning at enterprise scale. You will help ensure data accuracy, operational readiness, and consistent end-to-end functionality across product lines.
What you'll do:
  • Support eligibility-focused product lines by coordinating requirements, workflows, and system integrations.
  • Serve as a subject matter liaison for language-specific data, translation workflows, or multilingual eligibility processes (as required by program needs).
  • Partner with engineering, product management, and operations teams to integrate enhancements and resolve cross-system issues.
  • Assist in defining, documenting, and validating eligibility rules, decision logic, and business processes.
  • Conduct impact analyses, gap assessments, and integration testing to ensure seamless product performance.
  • Monitor system performance across product lines; identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare clear status updates, technical documentation, and stakeholder briefings.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, security standards, and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Maintain holistic view of Marketplace IT operations and the consumer experience

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience with eligibility systems, case management workflows, or rules-based engines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical and business requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate across multifunctional teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting system integrations, data workflows, or enterprise product environments.
  • US Citizen and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active public trust clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field: IT, business, linguistics, systems engineering
  • Experience working in federal programs, especially in public health, benefits, vetting, or security-focused environments.
  • Familiarity with multilingual data workflows or language support requirements.
  • Knowledge of agile development, configuration management, and integration testing practices.

Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
