About the Team
The Engineering - R&D team drives innovative product development by leading cross-functional engineering activities. Serving as a key interface between Product Engineering, Project Management, and stakeholders, the team ensures efficient execution across global environments while meeting timelines, budgets, and quality targets. Their structured, collaborative approach supports successful delivery from concept through launch.
What you can look forward to as Technical Project Management Engineer:
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional engineering efforts across product development teams
  • Manage engineering budgets, ensuring cost control and alignment with business cases
  • Plan and maintain project schedules to meet time, cost, and quality targets
  • Act as the technical interface between engineering, project teams, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure successful completion of project gate reviews with high quality and timeliness
  • Drive product maturity while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Oversee requirements management, ensuring full lifecycle traceability and managing risks and changes
  • Coordinate validation, testing, problem-solving, FMEA activities, and support launch and production ramp-up while providing regular project updates

Your Profile as Technical Project Management Engineer:
  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in product development within a technical or automotive environment
  • 2+ years project management skills (planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination)
  • Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
  • Knowledge of product development processes (e.g., V-model, stage-gate)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global, matrixed environment
  • Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability
