Responsibilities

As our Technical Support Analyst, you will:

  • Support Technical Program Analysts in the day-to-day execution of tasks related to the underwriting program, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Perform recurring weekly and monthly administrative and remediation tasks using established procedures and checklists.
  • Maintain highly detailed and organized files and logs for remediation processes.
  • Document your completed work and provide status updates on recurring assignments.
  • Identify and report data discrepancies, missing information, or process issues.
  • Execute and validate basic SQL queries and scripts to retrieve, update, and verify data.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formatting, filtering, and reconciliation.
  • Pull standard reports from internal systems as directed, flagging any obvious discrepancies for review by senior analysts.
  • Assist with the review, organization, and maintenance of adverse action letter documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining process documentation and updating procedures.
  • Ensure that tasks related to Audit, Compliance, and Legal requirements are tracked and completed as instructed.
  • Interface with the Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams as needed on audits.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to produce organized reports and track data in spreadsheets.
  • Basic familiarity with data concepts and structured information (e.g., reading reports or data exports); prior exposure to SQL or database tools is preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize information clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to meet recurring deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Naturally curious and proactive, with a track record of following through on tasks and surfacing issues when they arise.
  • Must always maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
