Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Entry Level Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment and build strong candidate pipelines. This is a full-time position based in Auburn Hills, MI, transitioning to hybrid after 90 days of in-office work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and coaching
  • Source active and passive candidates for Automotive, Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Professional roles in VMS environments
  • Build and maintain candidate networks for key accounts
  • Conduct daily follow-ups on recruitment activities and progress
  • Schedule interviews, negotiate pay rates, and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Stay current on industry trends and participate in ongoing learning


Requirements

  • Proven staffing and recruiting experience, preferably in VMS environments
  • Strong business acumen, coachability, and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and database systems
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive under pressure
