Senior Technical Program Manager and PMO Lead with experience delivering complex enterprise platforms, multi-workstream implementations, and large-scale business transformations. This role establishes governance, aligns stakeholders, and leads cross-functional teams to execute critical initiatives from strategy through production. The position demonstrates expertise in driving structure, accountability, and measurable operational and financial results across technology and operations. Employees in this job function plan and oversee the execution of projects and programs focused on the implementation or upgrade of technology applications, capabilities, and solutions, including enterprise applications, SaaS, internal infrastructure, networking, data centers, laboratories, and related technology environments. The role may also serve as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ensuring that teams follow the values and practices of Scrum while embracing Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.

Key Responsibilities

Develop project plans and define project or program scope, goals, and deliverables for enterprise technology application development and implementation initiatives.Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with IT teams, technology vendors, and other stakeholders.Facilitate development efforts by creating and monitoring efficient, streamlined processes between internal teams and external technology providers.Communicate status updates effectively to stakeholders across multiple organizations and teams, supported by quantitative measurements.Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables, and results are completed within the agreed-upon scope, timeline, budget, and allocated resources.Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting data clearly for presentations, governance meetings, and executive reviews.Identify project and program risks and create mitigation plans to support timely completion of initiatives.Manage technology product goals and forecasts. Collaborate with technical development teams to translate long-term objectives into actionable technology strategies and implementation roadmaps.Guide execution by applying standard frameworks and development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
