Job description

Job Summary:
Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, dedicated to amplifying product-centric value delivery through innovative engineering solutions. The Windchill Program Manager will be responsible for running stakeholder workshops, developing specialized solution specifications for engineering projects, and executing prototyping efforts to ensure alignment with project goals.
Responsibilities:
• Run stakeholder workshops and interviews to capture critical system and technical specifications
• Contribute in design alternatives evaluation using advanced engineering tools, to achieve consensus on optimal approaches and create detailed design concepts for components and/ or systems.
• Leverage feedback from testing and user interactions, to develop and assess prototypes in ensure alignment with project goals
• Develop specialized solution specifications for engineering projects and run advanced testing to ensure solutions meet technical and performance requirements
• Execute prototyping efforts, applying expertise to model design concepts, and lead testing and feedback synthesis to refine prototypes
• Run integration projects, solving complex technical challenges and enhance system functionality, through usage of engineering tools and methodologies
• Optimize system performance through targeted tuning, improving efficiency and addressing reliability concerns
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring thorough understanding of engineering outcomes across teams
Qualifications:
Required:
• experience in Windchill Data Migration
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
