We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with experience in requirements management, software delivery, and project management within Agile environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with any of the requirements management tools (Codebeamer, Jama or IBM DOORS) along with experience managing end-to-end project delivery. This role requires solid knowledge of GitHub, CI/CD, SSO enablement, GCP deployment, AI, REST APIs, and requirements-management tool integrations, as well as the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and govern business, system, and technical requirements using requirements management tools.
  • Gather, analyze, document, prioritize, and track requirements throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Ensure complete end-to-end requirements traceability from business needs through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Support the integration of requirements management tools with GitHub, Jira, and other enterprise systems.
  • Design and support RESTful API integrations to enable secure and seamless data exchange between applications.
  • Support automated build processes, deployment workflows, and CI/CD process improvements.
  • Support SSO enablement, authentication, authorization, and identity integration activities.
  • Assist with GCP deployment, cloud-hosted application delivery, and production implementation support.
  • Explore and support AI-driven solutions to improve productivity, automation, requirements quality, and delivery efficiency.

Skills Required

  • Jira, Product Management, GitHub, API, Tekton, GCP

Experience Required

  • 7+ years of experience in IT, atleast 1 year in Program Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with any of the requirements management tools (Codebeamer, Jama or IBM DOORS)
  • Background in managing product backlogs and working within JIRA.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or designing for complex digital ecosystems.

  • Bachelor's Degree
