Success as a Technical Program Manager in our Connected Vehicle Software division requires someone who is centered on product and engineering excellence with a bias for action. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; successfully partnering with a wide group of disciplines across the company.ย 
You will own cross-team initiatives, identify best practices and bring your industry experience to bear on a company-wide scale.ย 
You will engage with complex engineering programs, demonstrating leadership and a strong command of the tools and process required to achieve the teams' goals.ย 
You will lead software programs in a principled way, and by example when the opportunities arise. You will have consummate communications skills, keeping up- and down-stream dependencies well aligned, and all stakeholders well-informed.ย 
You're as comfortable writing clear and concise content for leadership as you are leading a system design meeting.ย 
Ideal candidates will have experienced multiple product cycles involving software and services, including up-and down-stream dependencies.ย

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar related technical

  • 3+ years working experience in product or feature development on hardware, software, and/or servicesย 

  • 3+ years working in a technical capacity or working closely with an engineering teamย 

  • Familiarity with modern DevOps tools (ie: JIRA, ADO, etc.)ย 

  • Familiarity with modern software development practices (continuous integration / continuous deployment)ย 

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines (engineering, product, design, QA, etc.) on high complexity projects throughout the entire product lifecycleย

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200ย 
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
