LegalMatch is one of the largest and longest-running attorney-client matching platforms in the country, connecting thousands of law firms with clients who need legal help right now. We have a proven product, a warm lead pipeline, and a sales team that consistently hits and exceeds its numbers.
We're looking for a driven, phone-first Sales Executive to join our in-office team. You'll be calling law firms who have a real need for what we offer — and guiding them through a consultative, results-based sales process.
First-year reps typically earn $65,000 – $85,000. Year-two the bonuses really start to kick in. Our top closers earn six figures. If that sounds like the environment you've been looking for, we'd love to meet you.
Please note that this position is 100% in-office located in Reno, NV.

Key Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Make 125-200 outbound calls per day to law firms from our database
  • Qualify prospects, identify their client acquisition needs, and recommend the right LegalMatch solution
  • Deliver confident, consultative phone conversations and handle objections with ease
  • Own your pipeline — follow up consistently and move deals from first contact to close
  • Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets (our reps know exactly what they need to earn their bonus)
  • Keep clean, accurate records in our CRM — we use Salesforce and train you on our process
  • Work closely with our sales leadership and training teams to ensure ongoing success and increased income year over year
What your first 90 days looks like:
  • Week 1: Paid onboarding and product training — you'll know our platform and value proposition well before you dial
  • Weeks 2–4: Supervised appointment setting with coaching from your manager and senior reps
  • Month 2: Full ramp — working your own pipeline with a quota designed to set you up for success


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
  • 1–2+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, with a measurable track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent phone presence — you're comfortable, confident, and persuasive on a call
  • Experience managing a pipeline and following up consistently to close
  • Familiarity with a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Self-motivated and resilient — you don't need hand-holding, but you do thrive with coaching
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling to small businesses, professional services firms, or legal industry clients
  • Familiarity with legal tech, SaaS, or subscription-based sales models
  • Experience in a high-volume outbound call environment
