Job description

Would you like to be part of a team focused on transforming education alongside the most prominent companies in Education Technology?
Our EdTech team supports the largest and most impactful Education Technology companies in the world as they strive to transform learning experiences and outcomes through application of emerging technologies. We are looking for an Account Manager to work closely with the AWS Strategic Account Lead to drive growth and innovation with our most strategic EdTech customers. You will be responsible for establishing and fostering relationships, while generating and launching new opportunities across multiple strategic accounts.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong bias for action, customer obsession, and a track record of consistently delivering results. This individual should possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to earn trust at the CXO level, various business stakeholders (Product, Finance, etc.), as well as with software developers, engineers, and IT architects. Key job responsibilities
* Work in collaboration with the AWS Strategic Account Lead and with a highly matrixed account and partner teams in establishing new customer relationships and uncovering new opportunities
* Develop and execute against a comprehensive account plan.
* Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
* Accelerate customer adoption of new AWS services and workload migrations
* Maintain a robust and hygienic sales pipeline.
* Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
* Ensure customer satisfaction
* Willing to travel 25%+ to customer locations across the U.S

and occasionally internationally.
