We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for Entry Level Candidates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in working with supporting business decisions.

Whether you come from an IT or non-IT background, if you enjoy working with data and are willing to learn, this role is a great starting point.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
    Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
    Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents and Functional Requirement Documents
    Work with cross-functional teams to support project delivery
    Perform data analysis and generate reports
    Participate in meetings, workshops, and project discussions
    Assist in creating process flow diagrams and documentation
    Support testing activities including UAT
    Track project progress and maintain documentation
    Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
