Red McCombs Toyota is expanding our service team and have opportunities available for entry level lube technicians. No experience is necessary as we will train you to become a productive member of our award winning team.
Entry Level Automotive Technician - Essential Duties
  • Performs minor maintenance on primarily Toyota vehicles including engine oil & filter changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, replaces engine and air conditioning filters, wiper blades, check tires and adjust tire pressure.
  • Follows company policy and procedures for attendance, work ethic, safety, and complies with federal, state and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc
  • Keeps work area neat and clean
  • Ensures that customer's vehicle is kept clean, operated in a safe manner and resets the maintenance reminders.

Entry Level Automotive Technician - Education and/or Experience
  • No prior experience or training required. We will provide you a combination of in person and computer based training.
  • Highschool diploma or GED
  • Within one month of start date you will be required to complete the manufactures on-line training modules to become certified as a Toyota Maintenance Technician
  • Ability to read, write and understand verbal communication and instructions.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Pass pre-employment screening to include drug screen and back ground check
  • Desire to learn
  • Enjoy working as a team and have the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work around vehicles, tools, and delicate equipment
  • Physically able to move around the shop (climbing stairs, ladders, etc), carry heavy objects (up to 50lbs), and position your body in ways needed to repair vehicles (reach, bend, etc)
