We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Entry-Level Sales Associate who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping customers. You’ll connect customers with professional auto glass repair, windshield replacement, and hail damage services while gaining valuable hands-on experience in sales and customer service.

No previous sales or marketing experience is required — paid training is provided! Whether you’re starting your first career, looking for a fresh opportunity, or ready to build your professional skills, this is a great chance to learn, grow, and succeed.

As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you’ll interact directly with customers, identify vehicle glass damage, explain service options, assist with the insurance claims process, and schedule appointments. Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly face of AGC Auto Glass and Car Care, connecting with customers, building relationships, and helping them find the right solution for their vehicle.

  • Connect with customers through friendly, professional face-to-face interactions

  • Introduce customers to our auto glass repair, windshield replacement, and hail damage services

  • Identify windshield chips, cracks, and other vehicle glass damage

  • Clearly explain available services and help customers understand their options

  • Answer questions and provide an exceptional customer experience

  • Assist customers with the insurance claims process and help make it simple and stress-free

  • Schedule auto glass repair and replacement appointments

  • Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience

  • Help generate new customer opportunities through direct marketing, customer outreach, and relationship building

  • Represent AGC Auto Glass and Car Care with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude

  • Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and performance goals
