We are currently seeking an entry level Admissions Coordinator with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of those struggling with addiction and mental health.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates admissions process to achieve targeted census. 

Assists with prioritization of pre-admission assessment. 

Handle incoming calls from individuals seeking information about our treatment programs and services.

Conduct initial assessments to determine eligibility for admission based on established criteria.

Provide accurate and detailed information about our programs, services, and admissions process.

Build rapport and establish trust with potential patients through empathetic communication.

Discuss health insurance benefits and financial requirements to come into our program.

Providing reassurance and intervention to an individual/family in crisis.

Utilize exceptional sales and interpersonal skills to guide potential patients through the admissions process and encourage them to choose our facility.

Collaborate with clinical staff and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for admitted patients.

Coordinate admissions from existing referral sources.

Coordinate travel for qualified patients.

Maintain electronic records and documentation of all calls and interactions with our CRM.

Requirements:

Previous experience (preferred) in a call center, sales, or customer service role in a behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment setting.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Empathetic and compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Exceptional closing skills and the ability to overcome objections.

Live time problem solving skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

Proficient in using computer systems, electronic medical records, and standard office software.
