We are seeking an Engineer-in-Training (EI/EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE-1) to join our Water/Wastewater Business Sector in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. What Your First Year May Include:

What You'll Do:
- Help design water and wastewater systems that protect public health and support. growing communities across the region.
- Collaborate with engineers, planners, and public agencies.
- Learn how projects move from concept to reality.
- Support communities by helping design critical infrastructure.
- Play key roles in all phases of project planning, design, and construction management.
- Attend public meetings, forums, and open houses to support senior project managers and engineers and answer questions from the public.
- Analyze engineering data, interpret plans and specifications, and make sound decisions to solve challenges.
- Utilize design tools such as Bluebeam, MS Office Products, WaterCAD, and InfoSWMM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, water resources engineering, or a related field (completed or expected before start date)
- At least one relevant engineering internship or co-op experience
- FE exam passed or scheduled prior to start date
- Strong communication, teamwork, and technical writing skills
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam preferred
- Hydraulic modeling experience preferred but not required
Salary Range:
EI / EIT: $72,000 – $90,000 (based on experience and FE status)
PE-1: Up to $105,000
