We are searching for 2 entry-level Technicians to begin their careers in the Automotive industry in our Quick-lane. Where you start at Duluth Dodge is only the beginning! Responsibilities
  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
  • Inspect vehicles for maintenance needs and perform basic automobile and truck maintenance.
  • Follow procedures and processes to ensure a positive, safe outcome during the inspection and maintenance process.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. 
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment.

  • Desire to enter the Automotive Service Industry.
  • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
