Job description

We area small neighborhood business with 3-4 employees. We are a full service shop with 4 bays. You will be the point person that customers will get to know. Job requires that you be friendly and versatile and be able to work with all personality types . Job also requires ability to do oil changes, tires, batteries and bulbs etc. Minor mechanical work. Maintenance of the shop and grounds is also something you would be required to do. mow the small lawn and small amount of shoveling and snow blowing in winter, keep shop clean & organized, manage stock etc. Help techs with certain things when needed like bleeding brakes, holding things etc. We are a small shop so being multitalented is a requirement.

We have a good loyal customer base and its growing by word of mouth all the time, we are friendly and treat our customers like neighbors and many of them are. We use Mitchell One management system.

We don't work weekends because life is too short for that. Must have a good attitude and be self motivated to get your job done and do it right. Hours M-F 7-5:30 1/2 day Wednesdays so 47 Hrs. 7 of which are paid overtime
