ROLE OVERVIEW

This role exists to free up our CEO's calendar for high-value sales appointments. You'll handle the groundwork that makes those appointments happen and the follow-up that helps close them. You'll be the connective tissue between our marketing presence, our outbound prospecting efforts, and our CRM. Think of this as sales ops meets marketing support meets junior SDR.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Support

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io
  • Execute outbound email and LinkedIn sequences on behalf of the CEO
  • Research and attend networking groups, conferences and events to build our network
  • Log and track all prospecting activities in GlassHive and Autotask (PSA)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule appointments for the CEO

Sales Administration

  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate, timely data
  • Attend sales appointments with the CEO or engineering team
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentation materials
  • Support the RFP process by gathering information and formatting documents
  • Track follow-up tasks, pipeline stages, and next steps across active opportunities

Marketing & Channel Support

  • Manage and update our LinkedIn presence and other social channels with consistent, professional content
  • Draft email campaigns, newsletters, and outreach sequences in GlassHive
  • Coordinate vendor and partner communications to support co-marketing and lead-sharing programs
  • Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all written touchpoints

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent any major considered; communications, marketing, business, or IT-adjacent fields are a plus
  • Exceptional written communication skills we will evaluate this directly in the interview process
  • High comfort level with technology; experience with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, LinkedIn, or automation software is a bonus
  • Genuine curiosity about IT, managed services, cybersecurity, or B2B sales
  • Competitive but coachable personality you want to grow and you're willing to put in the reps to get there
  • Disciplined self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball

NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)

  • Familiarity with GlassHive, Apollo.io, or Autotask
  • Prior internship, job, or project in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role
  • Exposure to IT concepts, terminology, or the MSP industry
  • Experience working within EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
