Reporting & Analytics
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards, including folder maintenance and access.
  • Develop complex, automation-driven reports to summarize system information for senior management.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and build report folders to improve sales efficiency.

Documentation & Process

  • Create new processes and associated reporting as needed.

User Support, Training & Adoption

  • Continually seek ways to improve the end-user experience and promote platform adoption.

Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Platform Developer II a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of standard SFDC capabilities, with demonstrated experience extending them through custom code and/or integrations with external systems.
  • Experience with SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP web services, and third-party integrations.
  • Experience with version control and CI/CD or release management tooling (e.g., Salesforce DX, Gearset, Copado).
