Job Summary:
Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a CPQ & CRM Analyst to support and enhance their global Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) and CRM ecosystem. This role will focus on Oracle CPQ administration, configuration, and optimization to ensure efficient quoting processes across the Stationary Metrology business.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary administrator for Oracle CPQ (BigMachines).
• Configure and maintain product models, pricing rules, approval workflows, quote templates, and business logic.
• Manage ongoing CPQ platform enhancements and support system optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues impacting quoting accuracy and performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Document requirements, system changes, and configuration standards.
• Support Salesforce CRM administration including user support, reporting, dashboards, security permissions, and data management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration and synchronization issues between Salesforce and Oracle CPQ.
• Assist in optimizing CRM workflows that support the quote-to-cash process.
• Identify opportunities to improve quoting speed, accuracy, and compliance.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to streamline sales operations processes.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Product Management, Finance, and IT teams globally.
• Participate in meetings across multiple time zones and support global business initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with Hexagon governance, release management, and data security standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) or a comparable CPQ platform.
• Experience configuring product rules, pricing logic, workflows, quote templates, approvals, and related CPQ functionality.
• Salesforce CRM administration experience, including reporting, dashboards, workflows, user management, and security controls.
• Understanding of quote-to-cash processes, pricing methodologies, discounting structures, and approval workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting complex business and system issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial technology, automation, or software industries.
• Oracle CPQ development experience, including BML, XSL, APIs, or integrations.
• Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, or related certifications.
• Experience supporting enterprise CRM and CPQ integrations.
• Exposure to global sales organizations and multinational business environments.
