Job description

Conga (Apttus) CPQ Consultant
Durham, North Carolina
Hybrid work with 3 days in office and 2 days working remotely.
Conga (Apttus) CPQ Consultant will support and enhance LabCorp's Quote-to-Cash system-an enterprise platform handling over a billion dollars in annual revenue. The role sits within Enterprise Systems (Employee-Facing Applications) and focuses on application development, product/pricing configuration, integrations, and ongoing enhancements for our Salesforce-based quoting platform ("Quantum").
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance features in Conga CPQ on the Salesforce platform.
  • Maintain and update product configuration and pricing data within Conga.
  • Support quoting, billing, and invoicing capabilities.
  • Work on bug fixes, deployments, test class coverage, and end-to-end system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with global teams (US & India), as well as middleware, PeopleSoft, and business stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and require discussions.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5 years or more of concentrated Salesforce experience in Apex,Lightning Components (Aura + LWC) ,Flows & declarative tools and Data Loader / data migration
  • 3 years or more of project implementations on Conga (Apttus) CPQ
  • 3 years or more of experince working on Conga (Apttus) focused on Product configuration (bundles, rules, recommendations) ,Pricing (price matrices, dimensions, pricing callbacks),Workflow approvals, Conga Composer + X-Author for Excel
  • 2 years or more of integrating Salesforce with middleware (SOAP/REST, TIBCO, IBM APIC,Mulesoft).
  • 2 years or more of experince working with Source control & DevOps: Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Copado.

  • Masters Degree
  • Certification as Conga CPQ Product Administration Level 1
  • Certification as Salesforce Administrator
  • Certification as Salesforce Platform Developer
  • Conga CPQ Developer Administrator Level 1 / Level 2
