About the Role:ย ย 

At Autura, we're all about the team and looking for individuals who embody empathy, ambition, and a strong team spirit. Right now, we're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Sales Department. As the Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging net new leads to expand our customer base. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, making a significant contribution to the growth and success of the organization. The ideal candidate must embrace a continuous learning mindset and the ability to navigate a dynamic environment.

Location: Remote within a 2 hours of Cleveland Ohio. We gather as a team throughout the year and expect this person to show up in person when it counts.ย 

What You'll Be Doing:ย ย 

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and peruse new leads & trials through outbound sales methodologies, utilizing a variety of channels, tools, and strategies to drive business opportunities
  • Independently research and engage potential clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of Autura's product offerings
  • Continuously improve and refine sales tactics, understand market trends, and evolving best practices
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams, sharing insights and findings to optimize strategies that contribute to the overall success of the organization
  • Work with sales leaders to build a targeted outreach process with a focus on ABM strategy
  • Outbound lead generation through calls and emailing
  • Oversee and maintain the Salesforce platform, updating contacts, adeptly managing, and organizing
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to consistently meet and exceed deadlines and targetsย 

About You:ย ย 

  • 1-2 + years' experience in a Sales or other customer related position (open to entry level candidates)ย 
  • Proven track record of excelling in a similar role
  • Prior experience in a SaaS or technology related field, strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, software development, and project management concepts
  • Hunter mentality with a competitive, persistent spirit
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in independent work within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment

Compensation & Benefitsย

The total target compensation for this role isย $60,000 + Variable. This range reflects the compensationย Auturaย reasonably expectsย to pay for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will beย determinedย by the successful candidate's qualifications, location, and other job-related factors, and confirmed at the end of the interview process.ย
