The entry-level Infection Preventionist supports the organization’s mission to reduce healthcare associated infections (HAI) by performing ongoing surveillance, data collection, and routine rounding. This role requires mastery of established infection prevention and control standards, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based protocols.
