Responsibilities
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
As an RN you will be responsible for monitoring and assisting the nursing staff to provide superior care to residents, to include assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, evaluation of administered treatments and quality assurance / performance improvement activities. This essential role involves the supervision of several talented RN, LPN, and CNA staff during evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants are required to be graduates from an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurses. BSN is preferred. Current State Licensure as a registered nurse in the state where practicing. Minium 3 years as an RN in a hospital or skilled nursing facility with supervisory experience is preferred. Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred. Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications are required. Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified. Food handler's certification, where required. All applicants must possess a courteous and professional manner through interactions with others and customer-focus approach to problem-solving and goal-setting.
