We are seeking a Recruiter for our Warren, MI headquarters focused on recruiting for CDL Drivers and Dock Workers for Central Transport. We are seeking an entry level, aggressive, forward thinking and highly motivated candidate to work in a fast-paced environment. If you love a challenge and are looking for a rewarding career, the Staffing Specialist opportunity may be right for you.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Full life cycle of recruiting and staffing for CDL Drivers and Dock Workers within your given region.
  • Reviewing applications and qualifying candidates.
  • Sourcing, screening and conducting final interviews.
  • Maintaining an outbound call volume of 30-50 calls a day.
  • Internal Data Maintenance utilizing the company's HRIS and ATS.
  • Daily administrative functions as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in the business, human resources, management, operations or transportation field
  • High aptitude for technology, strong skill sets with Microsoft applications
  • Strong detail orientation and self-motivation
  • Must possess effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
