Our Risk Accounting and Advisory Services (RAAS)team focuses on our clients' critical business needs. From internal controls to process to accounting transactionsand everything in between, our integrated solution approach is designed to help enable and manage growth, leverage resources, and mitigate costs and risks.


Your role.

As you venture into figuring out the major business drivers, we'll give you the flexibility to integrate people issues with business strategies. You'll be instrumental in serving our clients through services that have direct impact to our client's overall business processes. Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Providing financial consulting support to organizations
  • Assistance in the development of financial reports, including annual financial statements and related disclosures
  • Assisting in financial cash flow, profitability models and financial analysis
  • Development of accounting and finance tools/templates for use on future client engagements
  • Compiling and analyzing financial information
  • Working in teams to improve client accounting operations
  • Collaborating with other consultants and clients for continuous improvement recommendations
  • Helping consulting teams implement GAAP standards at clients (e.g. ASC606, ASC842, ASC805, cash to GAAP conversion)


The qualifications.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).
  • Preferred: On track to complete the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam, with the goal of successfully obtaining your CPA license.
  • Detail-oriented leader with problem solving, communication, critical thinker, organizational, technical and analytical skills.
  • Preferred: Proficiency with various financial accounting systems and Excel

This is an exempt position that may require some local and national travel.
