Overview

Weโ€™re looking for an Account Manager to support key retail clients and manage endโ€‘toโ€‘end programs for inโ€‘store displays, POP, fixtures, and merchandising solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastโ€‘paced environment, understands retail execution, and can build strong relationships with brand, marketing, and procurement teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for retail display programs
  • Oversee project lifecycle from concept through production, delivery, and inโ€‘store execution
  • Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure accuracy, timelines, and quality
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets for display programs and seasonal initiatives
  • Review artwork, dielines, and structural designs for accuracy and brand compliance
  • Track production milestones and proactively communicate updates to clients
  • Support quoting and pricing for displays, fixtures, and merchandising components
  • Ensure flawless execution of retail programs across multiple retailers and channels
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts

What You Bring
