Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our staffing and workforce solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, building long‑term relationships, and expanding market presence by connecting organizations with top talent. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, consultative communication, and industry knowledge to deliver staffing solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.
  • Research target markets and decision‑makers to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client staffing needs, workforce challenges, and hiring goals.
  • Present tailored staffing solutions, including temporary, contract, and direct‑hire services.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow‑ups and account management.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure seamless delivery of talent solutions.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and labor market dynamics.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on client needs and market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales, business development, or staffing industry experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
