  • Oversee project lifecycle from concept through production, delivery, and in‑store execution
  • Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure accuracy, timelines, and quality
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets for display programs and seasonal initiatives
  • Review artwork, dielines, and structural designs for accuracy and brand compliance
  • Track production milestones and proactively communicate updates to clients
  • Support quoting and pricing for displays, fixtures, and merchandising components
  • Ensure flawless execution of retail programs across multiple retailers and channels
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts

What You Bring
  • Experience in retail displays, POP, fixtures, packaging, or print production
  • Strong project management and client‑facing communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a deadline‑driven environment
  • Understanding of retail timelines, merchandising requirements, and brand standards
  • Comfort working with cross‑functional teams including design, engineering, production, and logistics
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
