Supplier Enablement Process Analyst

Position Summary
The Supplier Enablement Process Analyst supports supplier onboarding and supplier data work for company's GEP procurement implementation. This role will help the process lead with day-to-day coordination, issue tracking, documentation, reporting support, and data analysis and cleansing. This role supports a key part of company's broader procurement transformation by helping enable a more consistent, transparent, and scalable supplier management process.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and update process documentation.
- Reporting support.
- Data cleansing and data analysis.
- Use Excel and AI tools to manipulate and analyze data.
Required Skill Set
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Process documentation and process mapping.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Background
- Entry-level candidates are welcome.
- New college graduates are encouraged to apply (lower bill rate preferred).
- Some hands-on experience with Excel and Microsoft tools is preferred.
- College degree is preferred but not required; equivalent experience is acceptable.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with procurement systems such as:
- GEP
- SAP Ariba
- Coupa
