• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using established evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a variety of mental health challenges.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and general practitioners to create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Provide crisis intervention services and utilize your expertise to make timely and appropriate referrals for additional support resources, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care.
• Maintain rigorous documentation practices according to HIPAA regulations, ensuring all patient records are accurate, up-to-date, and ethically managed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in case conferences, peer supervision sessions, and team meetings aimed at enhancing clinical skills and addressing the needs of our patient community.

As a trusted provider in the Long Beach area, our clinic serves a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in social sciences and therapeutic techniques.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California, ensuring compliance with state regulations and professional standards.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling, preferably within outpatient settings, where you can showcase your ability to manage diverse client needs effectively.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
