Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to understand their unique emotional and psychological needs, formulating tailored treatment plans aligned with individual goals.
• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities (such as CBT or DBT) and adapting as necessary to meet differing client needs.
• Document all counseling sessions diligently, tracking client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as required to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers within our network, facilitating referrals and integrated care approaches when necessary.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality regarding client records and sensitive information, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines to foster a safe therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
