Role Description The Broadcaster role is a full-time position responsible for hosting live and recorded programs, engaging audiences, and delivering compelling on-air content. Day-to-day tasks include planning show segments, conducting interviews, presenting news or entertainment topics, and maintaining an energetic and professional on-air presence. The Broadcaster will operate broadcasting software and equipment, collaborate with production staff on show formats, and adapt content based on audience feedback and analytics. Responsibilities also include preparing scripts or outlines, adhering to broadcasting standards and guidelines, and promoting shows across digital and social channels. The role requires consistent communication with the team, reliable remote setup, and the ability to work flexible hours aligned with broadcast schedules.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Broadcasting skills, including live and recorded show delivery and familiarity with streaming or radio platforms.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear speech, active listening, and audience engagement.
  • Candidates should possess Radio Host experience or similar on-air hosting abilities, such as interviewing guests and managing show flow.
  • Candidates should possess Photography skills that support visual content creation for digital and social media channels.
  • Candidates should possess Entertainment-focused abilities, such as storytelling, humor, and creating engaging, audience-centered content.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include strong time management, comfort with remote work technologies, and basic audio/video editing skills.
  • Experience in media, communications, or performing arts is preferred but not required; equivalent practical experience is valued.
