Department: Donor Management

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Duration: 4 Months, 5 Hours a Week

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Donor Relations intern, you will help us build strong connections with our supporters. You will assist in keeping donor records updated, sending out thank-you letters, and making sure our donors feel appreciated and informed about how their support helps our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter donor information, gift amounts, and contact details accurately into our donor system.
  • Draft and send personalized thank-you letters and receipts to people who give.
  • Help track donor milestones, such as birthdays, giving anniversaries, or special gifts.
  • Assist in writing short updates and newsletter summaries to show donors the impact of their support.
