Your Responsibilities : Provide first-class customer assistance via phone and chat for inquiries related to: delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general service questions; Manage multiple chats at once ensuring responses within service standards; Chat concurrency will ramp up as follows: 1 chat for the first 2 days, a maximum of 2 chats from days 3 to 10, and from day 11 onward, 3 chat concurrencies.
