Position Summary:
Reporting to the Team Leader, Client Solutions, you will be responsible for managing interfaces and administering eligibility files for the group insurance business. In this role, you will perform daily tasks related to data loading and validation. You will work in close communication with various internal and external stakeholders throughout the process.


You will employ a process improvement approach, make recommendations and foster automation in the development of tools to facilitate the administration of group insurance plans. You may also be called upon to work on the implementation of new autoloads and/or maintenance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and perform various administrative tasks independently.

  • Ensure tasks are completed in a timely and thorough manner.

  • Validate changes and keep systems running smoothly (reporting, data, evaluations).

  • Update data in internal systems, including peer reviews.

  • Document and update administrative procedures and client requirements.

  • Suggest process enhancements and support automation of work methods.

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients by providing professional service and communicating clearly.

  • Respond to client requests, follow up as required, and meet established timelines.

  • Identify gaps in quality and efficiency.

  • Create client-focused, tested and proven solutions.

  • Promote a continuous improvement approach.

Required Qualifications

Education: College diploma, university degree or relevant experience in requirements analysis.

Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.

Other Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of group insurance plan administration and ability to learn new systems.

  • Very good knowledge of Excel and Office Suite and ability to manipulate and organize data. Knowledge of VBA/SQL interfaces and languages is an asset.

  • Expert ability to assemble, analyze and evaluate data of medium to high complexity.

  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.

  • Excellent skills in customer approach.

  • Ability to organize work and information methodically to execute critical tasks in compliance with deadlines.

Language skills: Fully bilingual (French/English): English proficiency is required to perform the duties of the role, which include daily collaboration with teams and partners outside Quebec who operate primarily in English.
