AO is seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Remote Client Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to build a long-term career while working from home in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.
In this role, you'll help clients understand their available benefits, provide exceptional customer service, and build lasting relationships-all while developing valuable communication, leadership, and professional skills.
No prior insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.

What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Remote Client Representative, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.
Client Service Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
  • Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
  • Explain products, services, and policy information clearly and professionally
  • Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
  • Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
