Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Account Coordinator to support internal departments and operational workflows. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support across departments as needed
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail distribution, filing, and document organization
  • Answer phones and serve as backup reception support when required
  • Schedule meetings, conference rooms, appointments, and business travel
  • Assist with expense reporting and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate ordering
  • Support department projects (including HR, underwriting, or reinsurance teams)
  • Assist with data entry, file creation, and spreadsheet tracking
  • Provide backup support to administrative staff as needed
  • Handle additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Pay and Benefits
