Entry-level real estate agents often face challenges such as building a client base, learning complex market dynamics, and managing irregular income. To overcome these, new agents should focus on networking, seeking mentorship within their brokerage, and continually educating themselves about local market trends. Leveraging technology and social media can also help in reaching potential clients. Staying proactive, organized, and persistent is key to establishing credibility and achieving early success in the industry.

How to make $100,000 your first year in real estate?

Entry level real estate agents can reach $100,000 in their first year by building a strong client network, gaining sales skills, and leveraging marketing tools like social media.
