The Outside Sales Representative - Geo Stormwater is an entry-level to early-career sales role designed to develop future sales professionals through structured onboarding, hands-on field experience, and formal training. This role supports the Geo Stormwater sales team by learning core sales processes, product applications, and market strategies while gradually building independent sales responsibility.
This position is ideal for recent college graduates or individuals early in their career who are seeking a long-term sales career with growth potential in infrastructure and stormwater solutions.
This is a field-based sales role supporting customers in Wisconsin. The desired candidate may live anywhere in the territory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support outside sales activity within an assigned territory, including customer visits, project tracking, and opportunity development

  • Participate in territory planning and market presence strategies

  • Progressively assume increased responsibility as training milestones are completed

Expert-Led Learning & Mentorship Direct learning and coaching from experienced sales and product experts, including:

  • Instruction on market intelligence, contractor strategy, and DOT processes
  • Exposure to Own Brand products

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (business, construction management, engineering, or related field a plus)
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience (sales, construction, engineering, internships, or related exposure)
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Interest in technical sales and relationship-based selling
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability and willingness to work in a field-based sales environment

Pay Range:
$3,375.00 - $5,500.00
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
