Golterman & Sabo is looking for an Entry Level Project Administrator!

We are an employee- owned (ESOP) company. This means our employees earn stock benefits over time. We manufacture specialty acoustical products, and we work as a subcontractor. There are lots of opportunities with our company. We are located in Kirkwood and have served our clients in a variety of industries across North America for the past 75 years.

What you will do:

  • Work closely with our teams to help with our systems and project flow
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries/ ship dates
  • Learn Bluebeam plan review software
  • Compile and check production work orders
  • Work with Project Managers on project specific tasks
