About the Opportunity
SoftWash Hawaii is hiring proven sales professionals for a Territory Manager role.
This is not an entry-level sales position. This is not a long ramp-up role. This is a performance-based opportunity with defined standards, timelines, and territory ownership.

We Are Not Hiring Beginners
You must already understand:

  • Generating and managing your own pipeline
  • Building trust through professional conversations
We will train you on our services, positioning, programs, target markets, equipment, chemicals, safety standards, estimating process, and internal systems.
We will not train you how to sell.
Non-Negotiable Qualifications
  • Must currently reside on Oahu
  • Proven closing experience
  • Service, home improvement, high-ticket, or territory sales experience preferred
  • Demonstrated history of hitting revenue targets
  • Comfortable with performance compensation
  • Self-managed, disciplined, accountable, and reliable
  • Long-term mindset
  • Able to pass a third-party background check
  • Drivers license required with a clean drivers abstract

This is a performance-driven sales organization.
Hiring Process
  1. Complete the Pre-Interview Questionnaire
  2. Qualified candidates will be contacted for a phone interview
  3. Successful candidates move to a face-to-face interview
  4. Final candidates complete a criminal background check and DISC assessment
  5. Payroll onboarding begins upon successful completion
  6. New hires receive company training materials
  7. Required training must be completed within 7 days before territory assignment
Territory & Performance Expectations
Upon successful completion of training, you will be assigned defined zip code(s). That territory becomes yours to farm and grow.
You are expected to reach Tier 1 production within 45 days of territory ownership.
Tier 1 production equals:
  • $3,500 daily average
  • $14,000 weekly revenue
  • $672,000 annualized production pace
This role includes a strict 45-day performance window. If Tier 1 production is not achieved within 45 days, employment will be terminated.
Standards replace excuses.
Compensation Structure
Production Model:
  • 4-day work week
  • 48 working weeks per year
  • Annual revenue formula: Daily Average 4 days 48 weeks
Tiered Commission Structure:
  • Tier 0: $0$13,999/week = 5%
  • Tier 1: $14,000$17,999/week = 10%
  • Tier 2: $18,000$23,999/week = 11%
  • Tier 3: $24,000+/week = 12%
Example at Tier 2 production:
  • $4,500/day average
  • $18,000/week revenue
  • 11% commission = $1,980/week
  • Estimated annual commission = $95,040/year
Commission is based on completed and collected revenue attributed to the Territory Manager. Final calculations are based on company accounting records. Commission tiers are evaluated annually and may be adjusted at the companys discretion.
