Join our Team as a DATA STEWARD!

The Role:

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Data Steward to join our team! In this role, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data used to process and fulfill orders. As a Data Steward, you will validate customer information submitted by internal and external users, conduct research and data analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain high-quality data standards. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Compile, research, interpret, and analyze data for business needs.
  • Cross-check other systems to validate data.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Ability to work independently and to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, as well as the ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and dependability.
  • Provide information to management for higher-level reporting.
  • Complete other assignments as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least entry-level Microsoft and computer knowledge (including Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work requirements
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity, poise, maturity and precision both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

What Sets You Apart:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, as well as the ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and dependability.
  • Some exposure to master data and SAP systems
  • Ability to analyze downstream impact of master data and business processes
  • Business/system process testing exposure
  • A basic understanding of data governance
  • Ability to support continuous improvement, always looking for ideas to standardize the data environment and minimize complexity
  • The ability to analyze root cause of a problem with an unbiased approach

Where and When You'll Work:

  • This is a hybrid position based out of our Greene, NY office. This position will report in-office full time during a period of training and will transition to a hybrid reporting schedule once training is complete.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary-$58,000 - $75,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
