QA Systems Associate / Quality Systems Administrative Associate

Contract · Carpinteria, CA · Onsite

What you'll be doing

  • Generate and enter product safety data into SAP EH&S Product Safety
  • Monitor and screen the quality inbox, assign request numbers, and route to specialists
  • Communicate with clients by phone and email on the status of their requests
  • File, scan, and store quality records
  • Lift and carry boxes up to 20 lbs as needed

About you

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Recent college graduate or entry-level candidate interested in quality, regulatory, or product stewardship
  • Comfortable following detailed work instructions and asking questions when something is unclear
  • SAP experience is a plus but not required
  • Experience in a regulated environment such as pharma, chemical, or manufacturing is a plus
