Job description

This is an entry level administrative position within our Safety and Compliance Team.  Ideal candidate will have office data entry experience, comfort with making phone calls, Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for assisting with tasks to ensure compliance to safety standards.

Essential Functions

  • Digitally file safety rosters, training documentation, other safety documentation
  • Assist with DOT (Department of Transportation) compliance
  • Process safety handbook requests - print, assemble, & ship using KAG mailroom
  • Process employee id badge requests
  • Key training data into databases
  • Support various functions of motorist feedback line
  • Support various functions of training support line
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
