Electronic Technician
Location: Mason, Ohio 45040
Pay: $22-25/hr based on experience
About the Role
We’re hiring a Repair Technician to diagnose, service, and repair industrial automation and electronic equipment.
This is a hands-on, bench-level role working with CNC systems, drives, PLCs, and circuit boards to restore performance and reliability.
What You’ll Do
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electronic equipment
• Perform component-level diagnostics (PCB + part replacement)
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble units
• Calibrate and test equipment to ensure proper function
• Use tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic equipment
• Document repairs, parts used, and test results
• Follow quality, safety, and repair standards
• Partner with service and customer support teams
What You Bring
• Associate’s degree in Electronics or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with electronic troubleshooting & repair
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical documents
• Familiarity with test equipment (meters, scopes, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Team-oriented with solid communication skills
Nice to Have
• Experience with industrial automation equipment
• Soldering / electronic rework skills
• Background repairing PCBs, drives, or control systems preferred
