Job Details Salary: $50,000 to $90,000 per year Job Type: Full Time Location: Delaware, OH 43015 Position Overview We are seeking an Entry Level Automotive Service Technician eager to grow in the automotive field. This position offers hands-on training and comprehensive support designed to help you advance from a Lube Tech to an Automotive Technician. Previous lube tech experience is helpful but not required. Primary Responsibilities Perform lube, oil, filter changes, and multipoint inspections on customer vehicles. Assess and identify supplemental vehicle service needs to ensure quality diagnoses. Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and the work area throughout servicing and repairs. Provide excellent customer service through timely and accurate communication. Adhere to safety standards and comply with OSHA and EPA regulations. Support team members by sharing knowledge and promoting a positive work environment. Follow management requests and procedures to promote efficient business operations. Exemplify integrity, professionalism, and ethical behavior at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. At least one year of experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice. Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record according to company policy. Local state inspection license is preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Capability to perform tasks involving sitting, standing, bending, reaching, talking, hearing, and using hands and fingers. Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Must have adequate vision including close, distance, peripheral, and ability to adjust focus. Operate shop equipment and vehicles safely.
