Job description

Adecco is hiring Entry-Level Press Operators in Rush City, MN for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. No experience needed—paid training provided. Operate injection molding machines, inspect parts, and package products.


Pay: 1st $16/hr (7:00am–3:30pm), 2nd $17/hr (3:00pm–11:30pm), 3rd $18/hr (11:00pm–7:30am).
Rotating schedule (6 days on / 3 days off).

In this role, you’ll operate automatic and semi-automatic injection molding machines, visually inspect plastic parts, and package finished products. If you enjoy hands-on work, a steady routine, and being part of a fast-paced production environment, this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Essential Job Functions:

  • Inspect each part for quality and compare to specifications

  • Trim, clip, or remove excess plastic as needed

  • Track defects in a computer database

  • Properly pack, label, and stack finished products

  • Maintain accurate logs and box counts

  • Operate injection molding equipment following procedures and safety rules

  • Assist with grinding, rework, and general production tasks

  • Keep your work area clean and organized

  • Report machine issues or abnormalities immediately
