What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver Exceptional Clinical Care: Perform thorough cleanings, scaling, and polishing while keeping patient comfort front and center.
  • Educate & Empower: Coach patients on oral hygiene, preventive strategies, and post-treatment care to support long-term health.
  • Utilize Modern Tech: Capture precise digital radiographs (X-rays) and manage patient records seamlessly using Dentrix software.
  • Champion Safety: Maintain strict adherence to infection control, sterilization protocols, aseptic techniques, and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Collaborate: Work closely alongside our three doctors and dedicated team to keep the practice running efficiently and warmly.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid Indiana licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
  • Proficiency (or high comfort level) with Dentrix software and digital X-ray equipment.
  • Solid understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, coding, and health control standards.
