RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. 
  • Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
  • Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
  • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
  • Perform basic maintenance repairs on vehicle, lube oil & filter change, tire rotation, bulb replacement, engine air filter, in-cabin micro filters, wiper blades.
  • Attend factory-sponsored training classes

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High CSI is a must
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
  • Must have clean & valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
