Job Description:

We are seeking a Workforce Reporting & Analytics Consultant to support workforce reporting, analytics, and data operations within a dynamic People Analytics organization. This consultant will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and business leaders to deliver meaningful workforce insights through reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset and has experience working with reporting platforms, HR data, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Support workforce reports, dashboards, and recurring reporting processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver solutions
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and validate data quality
  • Maintain and enhance Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and Prism Analytics solutions
  • Create ad hoc analyses, reporting packages, and data extracts
  • Document reporting processes and business definitions
  • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and platform specialists on reporting initiatives
  • Contribute to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and workforce analytics projects
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes
Required Qualifications
