Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Maintains an in-depth and current knowledge of the Stoughton Trailer business processes as well as industry best practices. 
  • Provides leadership and support to a cross-functional team of key stakeholders in the business, responsible for process execution. 
  • Performs analysis and investigation into root cause of problems and proposes solutions. 
  • Prepares detailed functional specification based on business requirements and as necessary assists with technical design specifications. 
  • Monitors requests for add, change, or delete of functionality within a process. 
  • Monitors process adherence and consults with the process owner and end user for issue resolution. 
  • Supports and enhances Syteline with a continued focus on process improvement to meet business case goals. 
  • Participates in system upgrades and new business implementations. 
  • Maintains up to date end user and system documentation. 
  • Networks with other companies and associations to surface best practice opportunities for Stoughton Trailers. 
  • Research/investigate future system releases & enhancements. 
  • Collaborates with Business System Analysts (Solution Architects) and Developers to identify and implement cross-functional improvements. 
  • Develops, coordinates and implements plans to test processes and configuration assuring quality of any additions, changes or deletions to the system. 
  • Prepares time and cost estimates for completing projects, where needed. 
  • Provides timely response to end user calls and help tickets assisting in problem resolution. 
  • Build/assist in developing dashboards using Power BI.
